If I'm understanding these correctly, we have here an example of the phrase "Playmobil hair" being used to refer not to the
shape of someone's hair, but to its
immobility. Novel and dare I say apropos. I further seem to understand that the person with the Playmobil hair is not the lady pictured, even though she too has remarkworthy hair.
