Playmobil 6625 Advent Calendar "Pirate Treasure Island"
« on: September 16, 2016, 17:13:57 »
Just look at this set.

I am not so much into the Pirate theme, but that ghost and all those bits that can be used else where.

Although I could probably just order the bits I want, but still a lot of use with this set.

Was already available in Germany last year - love the rats  and the cross - now I have a playmobil-cross for my chapel.
But be very carefull to disassemble the Ghost. I have heard that the legs break very fast.

Yes it is out in the US new this year. I got one to use for parts and to have the ghost part with the light up rock for my Halloween diorama. I took apart the ghost by popping the head. The rats will be great for Halloween too.

Exactly! Do NOT whack a klicky if you can't risk the legs...

IMO, of course  :P

I just got mine through the last 20% sale, & it arrived on Thursday. I resisted the temptation of opening it & am saving to to use daily during Advent. I didn't have a Playmobil Xmas last year because I was having life-issues, but this year I'm hoping for the best. I actually still have 2 unopened Playmobil gifts from Christmas 2015, but I have sworn to open them before Yule this year.

You can also first swap out the original legs for a pair of old (usesless) legs and then wack the klicky.

Resistance is futile, you will be boarded!

I find that is not only a pain to do, but also risks marking the torso, so I never go that way... My opinion, of course.

It does have some cool parts.... I love the rats, I've not seen them before, plus all those boxes/trunks/barrels are always so useful. I just suspect it'll work out more expensive than just ordering the parts, and I don't really need anymore Playmobil pirates...

It's pretty new, last year or 2014...
