Playmofire ought to get on this bandwagon (a book on fire rescue).

These are just individual collectors drafting books and either selling the idea to Playmobil or selling the idea to a German publisher?

US$78 from a used book vendor..

Or you can order it from Amazon.de (17 Euro + 30 Euro shipping).

I once ordered a ton of Belgian comics through Amazon.fr.  Amazon is really good about international shipping.  And, shipping goes up in chunks, so you can play with your order to get the most stuff for the same shipping.

Take a look at these books at Amazon ... :lens: , maybe even Brasilian bookstores that bring books from out there.

(So simple, but I think I'd never have thought of it ...)

Today I have received the book that I mentioned last week in this thread: Abenteuer der Weltgeschichte (Adventures of the world's history).

It's a book made by Richard Unglik, apparently a French Playmofan. Read more about Richard and the creation of the book here. It is a book by, as Timotheos described it, an author who has sold his ideas to a publisher but you can't just make a book without Playmobil's permission (read more about that on the link above).
The book shows some very nice dioramas from the stoneage to today. It also explains the history of the world with the pictures as important companions.
The cover of my German copy is different from the French one (See attachment).
Alltogether a very good book but unfortunately only available in German and French :(

You mean the book is in both French and German or you mean the book is also available in French?

Thanks for the idea, though.  I read French but hadn't thought of checking out Amazon France for an edition!
