A nice set and a reasonable amount of pieces in it. The stickers are difficult to apply. The two long ones have to be aligned to one corner and then carefully placed down the long side. There is no wiggle room with these. The stickers on the chainsaw bar are also tricky. It would be better if the chainsaw came in pieces so the stickers could be put on first and then assembled.
One of the three lights has a yellowish lens, not obvious in the photo here. Other than the stickers the set is easy to put together and looks good finished.
Colours are brighter than the photos here.

Stihl haven't got used to that hairstyle I see. Don't worry, he's the older figure so maybe the next generation will have better hairdressers. ;D

Thanks for the reviews and pictures
Nice little set that I’ve been looking for at a reasonable price.
Love the colors they chose for everything

Strange that Stihl of all companies would partner with PM. I bet there's a PM fan on Stihl staff who pushed it through :irish:
-
Should it have been Husqvarna
It makes sense to me seeing as Stihl is headquartered in Germany
Keep em coming Geobra
-
Ah I didn't realize the German connection :o

Dunno... I'm a bit conflicted on whether promoting the chopping of trees for fun is a good thing to teach children... Thumbs down from me!

Concurring?

Concurring?
Pretty sure that's meant to be conquering.

Are you opposed to the whole timber industry then? No paper, cardboard, toilet paper, chipboard, mdf, Ikea, books, timber framing, planks etc? The timbersports (which I don't watch) don't cut down trees, they cut poles from the logging industry and they do it to show off forestry skills.
I suspect you live in a large city and haven't given rural activity much thought.

Wow... was not expecting to be attacked like that (Rasputin and Klickteryx). I thought this was Playmo "friends", where a person's opinion can be voiced. Not good form to overeact like that, including with very odd suppositions on where I come from or what I do.
But, I suspect its the nature of things these days. No room for discussion or time for dissenting voices; if you're not with me you're against me polarisation culture. Sad (and very worrying) state of affairs. :(

Your original comment was not nice with the whole thumbs down with exclamation marks and the suggestion that such activies are bad for children to be exposed to. There are several sets related to logging/forestry as they're important parts of modern life and my partial list of wood products was meant to show that, nothing more.

Attack ? I was agreeing with you and was further elaborating on your train of logic . I have a thick skin and did not take offense to you interpreting my post as an attack or accusation of “over reacting” . As you yourself said, your entitled to your opinion and retorts, as everyone is.
I’m glad to discuss the merits of your or any bodies opinion, just ask Playmobil management , The PCC, playmoboard or the Green Goblin as to how much I enjoy a good debate.
But as to your opinion, collecting Playmobil anc not wanting to contribute to the deforestation , Playmobil loves using an absurdly ridiculous amount of unnecessary card board (wood pulp)
Just curious what your thoughts are on the whole “teaching children to play with plastic” AKA petroleum products is ? Would wooden playmobile, …..oh damn can’t do wood, …how about corn based resin ….or is that diverting corn for animal feed….or is that problematic also ?
What could be used
