A police officer of some sort.  US judging by the badge on his chest.

Thank you - I thought he was some sort of police, but had no idea on the badge.. I couldn't find him so far....  though I admit it is not my theme, and I am less knowledgeable than I should be on this  :-[

Maybe an american set?
