3747 Arrived today!

I couldn't resist getting this beautiful little set. I had owned it once as a kid, so that makes it double special for me. The good thing is, it came boxed! It sure brings back memories!

Upon opening the box, you always get that feeling...will the set be complete? What will be missing? Almost always, something is missing...

The good part was here that the really "rare"  items, like the chain on which the cooking pot hangs , was there! So was the original roping used to tie up the gold sacks! Can you spot what is missing?






Besides the holster and pistol, and the wrong hat, the knife was also missing. I guess the previous owner didn't want his/her children playing with guns or knives!

Not to worry, I rummaged around my spare parts box and came up with worthy replacements!



Leaving me with this beautiful and complete set!

  Love the way you presented this! Very cute. Such an awesome set. I remember gazing at it in catalogs as a kid and wanting it soooooo bad. I still want it! I'll get it soon, I'm sure.
