Advice needed on customs

As some might have noticed in my medieval set up , i have a few  7664 hundred black lion guards - about 650-700 of them now.

I have the standard swordmen which is all three types of them, then created about 120 of bowmen with yellow arrow quivers and longbows - i used the belly  ones for these 

i have used also around 110-130 of the moustached ones with the belt and equipped them with pikes also and have  them as infantry pikemen

around 1o0 of them also, all three types are/will be  used as horsemen

now, i want to use the 7664 blond bearded  klicky ( no belly, no belt  ) for heavy infantry , considering i want to keep the shield and helmet and not change any body parts, which armor parts would you recommend for the torso , arms and even legs ? if any advice can be matched by pictures that will be greatly appreciated!!! I really want to create at least 100 of these , heavy footed swordsmen as they will be key to my battle strategies and formations

the legs are not the same but lets just say they are the brown legs of that guard. No armour can be added ion these legs. But these grey legs look a bit like armour, alhough I am not a big fan of them..

That is a great idea  Panos !!! The 7664 all have black or brown legs and the blonde klikcy has brown legs which is fine. i think i will add the arms armour as you suggested and the front armour and that i reckon will be enough for a heavy swordman, i dont know about hte belt, are these easy to retrofit

you have to dismantle the klicky, place the belt, and then assemble the klicky again.

Thanks. As i have created about 140 pikemen using the 7664 klicky with the belt and also give them a pike , i dont think i need to put the belt on. I wil use the side and chest armour as you suggested Sir Wolf and create a 100+ unit of ' heavy swordmen ', i think the torso armour is agood choice given the klikcy from 7664 i will use is 'lean ' and not fat i will be looking at other choices to match the arms armour which i will definitely use as they are the same color with the helmet which i definitely want to use ....

Perhaps the torso armour from 4871 ?

what do you think I was thinking to use this for the swordmen originally but maybe i can use it for the exisitng pikemen unit i have ( they have belted swords also )

Will keep that in mind sir !!! i am more inclined to put a ds order for 150 at least  of this armour, to be honest i am thinking to upgrade with armor a lot of my black lion guard even the fat ones and the one with the moustache i will have to remove their neck armour - is that easy sir

I like Panos idea, but what if you use:

THESE ARMS

They are my favorite since they allow full movement of the hand
Still while the klicky is holding something... like a spear or a sword.
