Hello, Jimmy ...

Without a doubt, this is the best Playmobil Asian custom that I have ever seen !!!

Are you going to continue this series?

Also, are you familiar with the Hong Kong series produced by King and Country?
(Lots of really great ideas for Playmobil customs.) I'd love to see a Silk Road
series in Playmobil ... ;)

All the best and please keep up your great work,
Richard

Thank you!

I'm not familiar with that series, Richard, but I'll look into it for sure. I'm working on an armored samurai right now.

I imagine when/if Playmobil gets serious about Samurai, they will make baggy sleeved arms. I wasn't brave enough to try to make them.

Craig, He's not quite on the level of the crouching and hidden this and that's, but he's always in training ;D

I was going to put a link here to the Silk Road series, Jimmy, but it appears that K&C have discontinued it. However, I still have pictures of most of the figures and sets.

I have attached a picture of a Chinese Imperial Guard Standard Bearer for you to look at.

Cool. Thanks :)

He looks like he'd be a lot easier to make than a Samurai. Samurai armor is sooooo elaborate and decorative.

Wonderful!! The use of the hat-tie for the belt is a great idea and the custom-sword is excellent!  :wow:

Resistance is futile, you will be boarded!

Wow these are pretty cool  8-)

I'm always surprised how universally PM designed their pieces so they can be combined to build some really new themes without any heavy customizing efforts.

Actually, you inspired me, macgayver.
I saw your web site some time ago. Including your Samurai Jack.
I mentioned your Jack on GW-PC. I think it was in the Seven Samurai topic. They may like to see him over there.
