No, it is not a Canadian exclusive as it was at our TRU and a major department store. I need to admit that it was down to $50 at one time and I didnt get it  :-[

I never saw it either, it looks like every piece in that set is useful.

Yes, I think It's amazing! ( As I stated in my earlier post. )
One thing I noticed is that the parts in this set all had a place in earlier sets made by PM.
