Just for clarification: My last order at german DS was in July 2011 and it was below 100,-€.....Is this a huge buy?
The one before in May/June, same amount.....

I would not name such orders huge orders. I know collectors which are buying for 200,-and more Euros each time....

these are not huge orders ... I wonder why would they react to this number like that when they received tons more orders from others  :toot:

Hi,

I think it would be a good idea to write Playmobil a mail and ask for the reason and the impact being a collector or having the remark "Collector" in their customer database.

I will keep you informed.

Regards

One windmill is 14,99€, one watertower 19,99€, means two parts are 35,00 €
one barrel is 3,99.....

My orders mostly containing additional sets , spare parts are the smallest amount on the bill.....

That is interesting. In the US we can only order individual spare parts in one order and any DS bag sets and boxed sets in seperate orders, never combined.
If you hear the sound of the bell which will tell you that Grigori has been killed, if it was your relations who have wrought my death, then no one in the family will remain alive. They will be killed by the Russian people. :prays:

No questions asked here sofar, but I do write on my DS-order-forms, when making parts-orders of several pages or big quantities of a specific part, that I'm a collector and that the parts are for private use and not for re-sale. (actually I do that since I read on KW about questions being asked to German collectors).
I quite often call DS-Belgium to ask if parts are still available (and to ask about prices until recently * ), and I've talked a bit about collecting, the forums and the planned PCC with the nice lady responsible for processing the parts-orders.... I've sent her some pics of the Unicorn and she and her colleages were stunned! She told me she knows Playmofriends and she visits the forum now and then, and she also uses Playmo-DB to search for information to help out customers!  :)

(*): Since recently they do have some stricter rules for ordering parts though:
1) With every part(s)-order, their official order-form must be included and signed. They email you this order-form to print out. You can still add (an) additional excel-page(s) for larger orders, but the form must be included in every part(s)-order.
2) Price-questions are no longer answered by phone, only by email or letter.
(though that could be temporarily imo because of the busy times they have ... Or maybe I called them too often!  ;D )

Resistance is futile, you will be boarded!
