Spare parts wanted from Asia. Which country's DS could help??

I would like to order few spare parts, just because of missing parts are found and broken parts due to shipping. :'(

Anyway, I am from Hong Kong. Which country's DS could help??

Good luck. Playmobil as far as I know, never ships "abroad" - have NO IDEA why, since MY orders (when they answered, that is) were shipped from Germany.

Let me know if you manage...

I think you can buy spare parts direct from Germany.

but allow for inconveniences and delays like draft clearance and bank charges...or ask friends living in those countries with DS to buy using their credit cards and courier them to you

My understanding is that if a country does not have its own DS service, people in that country can buy direct from German DS.  I assume this covers spares as well as DS sets.

My experience is that, that is not correct.
When I wanted to buy from the german ds or usa ds they asked  me to have a billing AND a shipping address in Germany or the states, which of course I don't have.
And then when I contected someone from Geobra (not through DS) and they finally agreed to send me up to 20 parts/sets I had to pay ONLY by bank transfer, for which the bank fee was more expensive than what I was buying so I didn't do it.  8}

This is one of the things the PCC should work for, the possibility to buy form any country and pay with credit card or paypal.  :)

I'll say it again - my orders through playmobil iberia (when they did them :( ) were shipped from Germany. So... I REALLY don't get it..
