defected tyre

i just found out or to say the truth my wife spotted it . not long ago i bought a fire engine 4821 and it had a defected tyre, by the time i didnt notice it. but today i was cleaning them and my wife noticed it. the tyre have a cut nearly 1/3 of the tyre. well contacted malta playmobil managment and we'll see what will the replay be.

that is some serious side wall defect. Is the tire dried out and cracked or was it molded badly ?

no its not dried its like a bruse with a cut in it. its normal not dried i mean.

i will see what they will say and if its changed or so. by then if i have it still ill send it to who wants it for his/her zoo willingly my friends

when you look carefully to the pictures, it seems that there is a kind of "scratch" due to air bubbles on the side on the tyre, this could be due to a bad injection of the plastic in the mould, which means there is no enough plastic for the tyre and a fatigue crack appears hence the crack
