Greetings everyone!
It’s been a while since any updates to the Playmobil City Emergency Services has been seen, but that doesn’t mean there haven’t been improvements or additions on going. This is an update showing the revised 2011 Playmobil City Emergency Services 911 Dispatch Center. There are already plans to update the dispatch main call control switching console with a new one, along with 2 additional dispatcher’s for 2012. There has been 2 additional dispatch consoles & personnel added to the line up during 2011. There are now 6 full time dispatchers per shift in the new PCESDC uniforms, & a constant flow of cadet firefighters during their 6 month dispatch radio etiquette training program, making one of them available every shift. There is always a Fire & EMS dispatch supervisor & a police call specialist supervisor in house on each shift. With the addition of PCFD stations 15 & 25 becoming a reality, along with each PCFD station increasing in size & the addition of 6 Mobile Intensive Care Unit transport ambulances being added, the call volume has increased substantially justifying the additional dispatch center upgrades, current & future. The new main call control switching console awaiting DS parts delivery, (items are out of stock presently) is very much needed to maintain a controlled balance between the working dispatchers. These are updated pictures showing the changes to date. I hope you like them.
