this playmobil was sold last year with the Playmobil magazin #1 in France/belgium. I bought it today (4€).
The ranger hold a walkie-talkie in his hand and a gun on in shoulders

Oh mine does not glow in the dark not even after firing up with the light from set 4880 ???
