Before everyone ties their knickers in a knot, it might be a good idea to translate the German for our non-German members ...
It appears that someone was asleep when they packaged a few of the new Roman sets.
With any moulding process, there are always imperfect castings. These are usually caught by an inspector (or even the packagers) and never get to us ... the consumers.
Unfortunately, some get through. This is the reason that every good company (like Playmobil) has a customer/direct service department.
For more than thirty years, Playmobil has always replaced missing, broken or bad parts with no questions asked. (And, with no cost to the customer.)
It is very easy to be critical and complain. However, we all know that Playmobil will quickly correct any mistakes. This is a new theme and a new product. We need to be patient and understanding.
If there are problems, perhaps Playmobil could use our help,
Andi, rather than just a negative attitude. (Maybe you could suggest that to the folks at the German forum!)
