Yeah, it's actually more accurate to have the bones be a dingy color, and the tusks (made of ivory, not bone) to look different. Bones are not really white, it takes a lot of bleaching, either from many years of sunlight, or artificial processes, to turn them white.

This and the Smilodon set are a great stepping stone to build your Stone Age collection... ;)

Exactly, and hopefully they make more sets of this theme and specials and superspecials and supersets etc. etc. etc.

Yep, see the PROCESS - we are keeping all of them!

This is really an amazing theme! :wow:
PM knew what they were doing, and exactly what they wanted the theme to look like. :)9
And these skits... So many customizing potentials...

Thanks so much for this review and the smilodon one! I really like the color of the dog/wolf in this set. The klickies are awesome as well.

I hope this theme is a january 2012 release in the US  :crossed: and I'm going to have to redouble my efforts to find the cavewoman fi?gure!  :)

In a toyshop here in the area, the store opened all figures bags to check its contents. The put a number on it so you can exactly see which one you buy. It spoils the surprise but very conveneint though  :)

Convenience sounds better than the surprise at this point! (I've got 26 of the fi?ures!  :toot:Fortunately there are 3 of us in the house who want them, so duplicates are no problem). If my local independent toy store ever gets them in, I'll suggest they take the guesswork out as well, at least for some of the figures! Maybe they could charge a little more for the ones that were out of the bag.
