if it was specifically a boy scout they probably would need permission... but I doubt it would be hard to get... especially if $1 went to the scouts for every figure sold or something... OR they could make a generic "junior explorer" or just make up some other very similar but for the purpose of not being sued "not a scout"  :lol:

Well if hes wearing an old fasioned uniform I doubt it would need permission.
Would be good advertizing for the boy scouts anyways.

The microphone might give more the idea of a singer who just won an award.  :)

A director might be nice though, including chair and megaphone.
An actor might be a bit difficult to make clear with items, in some way all clickies are actors. Would be nice to have some sort of oscar item for them to hold though.
