What is your favourite theme to collect and why

Like a lot of people here, my favorite Playmobil theme is medieval. Steck castles, armored Klickies and yes, even SystemX fortresses make this theme high on my list  ! I also love the Specials theme, which I've recently started collecting. It's great to get large numbers of Klickies that are all identical ! I like the Top Agents theme a lot, mostly because of all of the details in the sets and the creative printing on the figures. I in big box of figures I got from Malta last week, there were about 30 Top Agents, and I just have to organize them into a small Agent army with some more SUV's and flying cars  !

My favorite theme, by far, is medieval. I think there is just something charming about it. Like all other themes, it leaves a lot to the imagination for creative play. I also really like the Romans and Egyptian themes. Christmas is also my favorite because it is such a fun way to incorporate something I love into my favorite holiday. Nothing shows Christmas spirit like a klicky

So hard as I like so many! I narrowed it down to mediaeval, some modern, christmas, victorian and fairy etc.

I tend to gravitate toward the medieval and magic/fairy themes, although there are some Victorian pieces that I really like, too. In the city life theme, I generally collect the leisure/vacation items. Maybe because I'd rather be on vacation than shuffling off to work everyday 

There's other themes represented in our house as well, like dinos, underwater world, hospital, zoo, farm, animal clinic. They are just in my kids' rooms instead of mine.

I finf it very hard to choose, and some are kinda mixed up.. As you probably all know, I go for all of them... though TRYING to cut back, I voted for medieval/dragonland (duh), romans/egyptians (another duh), magic/fairy (but this one I mean the old magic ones, that look like medieval, not those more recent fairies with flowers and wings.. they kinda look silly to me), Dinos (love the dinos themselves), and the prehistoric (that I didn't get YET - though aren't the dinos prehistoric too?)

I world have voted for the polar eskimos/Scott instuitute too.. and the eggs when they were smaller and beautiful.

DANG. Missed the specials! Consider them voted! (can't we change our vote?)

here is a list of what I consider as theme (may be I'm wrong):

Circus, underwater, racing, vacation (=citylife?), winter/polar, school/playground (=citylife?),
Poneyclub (=farm?), Viking/Barbarian, Easter (rabbits+eggs), Football(=sports)

I like all king of playmobil, but I really enjoy, medieval and western/Indians themes.....why? because I grew up with medieval and western movies like young boys did....

I voted for the "BC-themes" Egyptian/Roman/Prehistoric. Ofcourse I realise the romans were still here AD.
