My new mini dioramas
« on: September 11, 2011, 16:10:22 »
Over the summer I reorganised how I display my Playmobil, mostly so that I could fit more in!   :P  I decided to split it into individual scenes rather than one huge one.  After some technical issues and a new router later I can finally show you the pictures.  I warn you in some instances imagination maybe required!   ;)  I also apologise for some for some of the bad pictures...it was a combination of bad lighting and an inexperienced photographer.   :-[

First off the Victorian theme which is situated in my room.  I did want to include my ‘normal’ 5300 but due to lack of space it appears later.

The eagle eyed among you may see a 5300 on the floor but that is part of ‘the selling pile’ (the rest of which is under the table).  8}
Not many pictures of this as it is all fairly run-of-the-mill.

Ultrasound

Lift (rather major flaw-when in between floors you can push the patient out.

Last but not least- I’m not sure what to call it…a sort of town-thing.  :-\  This is where that imagination comes in. :D

Yellow mansion is a boarding/day school

Dormitory

The children take great interest in the janitor

Classroom 1

Classroom 2

Dining room

Library (As some children live in there are some toys in the corner for their entertainment.)

Basketball hoop (from Kirkbean)

A small playground
Next to that is the ‘other’ 5300 mentioned earlier which is being used as a hotel

There seems to be tropical weather in the hotel garden

Family room

I think the lights are great

Kitchen

Dining room (Grandma seems rather distracted!)

Then the hotel offers a picturesque scene for weddings although there seems to be a queue!

It's a lot of pictures and the actual thing takes up a lot of space not including in my bedroom!

Thanks for looking, I hope you like it.   :)

Great displays, Verity! :wow: :wow: :wow:

I like the guy plunging the toilet! ;D

You manage to put so much into such a small space, and it works really well. A sign of a good exibitioner! ;)

Everything seems so close to the edge of the tables :0

Damo :)
