It is a funny pic, but basically underscores the complete lunacy of wasting money training police while we here in America cut our own police forces due to budget shortfalls.  I'm sure the fine people of Europe would also love to invest their money in something besides the police force of a 3rd world narco state.

If investing money in the Afghan police stops the drugs there reaching here, then it's money well spent.  It's known as investing in the future.
