Wow! i adore this set!
Just placing an order to US DS for Speedo Dad (he is never in stock) and the other swimsuit folks. Can't wait to have other colors such as the lady's blue bikini. Thanks so much for posting this, Pgal!

PS: My question is what the heck took them so long to offer swimsuits on Klickies? Shouldn't this have been done decades ago? Arghhhh!

yeah that guy is always out of stock

as for why it took so long for them to be released - i think it's very obvious

I wonder if they shot the pic that way on purpose.

I'm dying to get this set. I love the woman's bikini, and the girl's swimsuit is really cute, too!

Talk about a flasher. :o

I do think that the camera placement on Speedo Dad is a hoot! Instead of minimizing attention to his skimpy suit, it draws attention! Oooops!
Has anyone seen this set in stores in Austria or Germany yet? I have inlaws traveling there for another week who can pick it up if it is available.
Wish they would introduce some swimmers from other ethnic groups...when do we get to take our friends to the pool for an outing? How about a family in swimsuits like the beautifully dressed families from other continents....Asian, Egyptian, African, Indian and American Indian, Hispanic, etc.?
All of the swimsuit Klickies are difficult to find at US DS every time I order, Pgal

There is one swimsuit lady who can be used as hispanic/mediterranean: http://store.playmobilusa.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-US-Site/en_US/Product-Show?pid=4861&cgid=Freizeit-Ferienhaus And you can always make some of them oriental by swapping heads. Hopefully we'll see other ethnic ones soon.

It's only available through German DS and should be available worldwide next year.

I've just bought 32 figures in "beachwear", not always swimming gear but jeans or pedal-pushers as well, from UK DS.  There are three female figures, one male and two children who could be Hispanic/Mediterranean.

Thanks for the tip. I will try "beachware" with US DS. I love the shorts and short sleeves and bare arm looks as well as the swimsuits. Have noticed the figures with darker skin.  Hoping they offer some Asians and Africans, too, in beachware.

The new pool and so many beach sets are wonderful for playtime fun. My friends want to play with my PM water sets the minute they step in the door. (I really think that they are jealous of our toys, which make a lot more sense then their second homes.)

I would think that the Germans and other No. Europeans would love playing with these warm weather PM folks when they cannot spend their cold days on Mallorca in the Mediterranean. And even Mallorca can be too cold for outdoor swimming in late November...the pool was empty the entire week we were there. Wish we had had some PM to play with there! Everything is written in German for the tourists, so we almost felt like we were in Germany...except for the scenery. Cheers, Pgal

the skin tone of asian klickies is the same as that of caucasian klickies, you just swap the heads

Hahah! I think that is deliberate. Speedos are mocked in Australia. We were made wear them for school swimming. I pitied the boys.

Yeah speedos are mocked here in the US, too. I think they're a european thing.
