And a good opportunity it was since Chief Hurst wanted to inspect his active personell...

The motorcycle department still has quite a lot of the old bikes



but there are also more recent ones and some new ones...



But their pride is the striped bike and the black bike!!!

Traffic police, two patrol cars, a third has been damaged  :( and a traffic control chopper



SWAT unit and the police vans...



the K-9 unit was not present as the dogs need some rest after a hard days work...

and last but not least, the everyday street police officers... and their patrol cars... also a coordinating chopper for operations and surveilance...



This is where the Chief ends his inspection...


all present and accounted for... apart from the damaged traffic patrol car,the K-9 unit and two boats and their personel that are out in the marina...

Very nice force, Panos! I especially love the mounted police. Makes me think of the touristy areas in New Orleans. I hope chief Hurst was pleased with what he saw!

That's a cool set. The four wheeler is one of those vehicles you pull backwards and it takes off going forwards. It goes kind of far, too.
