That eyebrow window also appears in all of the various Pirate Prison Tower sets. You can see it in the back of the add-on version
7377 - Pirates Dungeon
It has a barred window that can be inserted in these sets. Should still be available from DS I would think if you want to fill in. Obviously if you find any of the inserts that tells you for certain where they came from.

7145 is here on playmoDB, Wesley:

http://www.playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showinv.pl?setnum=7145

I have the plans but no part numbers are given for any parts.  The parts and part numbers shown on playmoDB for 7145 Heather has extrapolated from sets using them.

From the tiny little picture it looks like there are two of them used to make each barn on the outside wall?

Any chance of getting an email with a scan of them?   ;D

Sent them, Wesley.

Thank you!

I see their instructions are getting minimal for some sets ... LOL

I will make 'Assembly Guides' like Martin did for the Old Houses (and this barn) when I get the parts in order.

I've only just taken an initial look through the bins.  I have not started categorizing the pieces at all, really, yet.  I got small bins for the old houses and am putting their pieces into them.  I will do those first as that is what interests me the most right now.

I would like to add to them - by way of adding accessories.  It's kind of silly to have a bakery without the baked goods.  I like what they did with the new release of the bakery by adding stuff.

The Town Hall has just enough stuff for one floor - yet it has three.  Same with the Inn.  I have a bunch of old accessories I have gotten in lots in the past and I will add them in and order extras from DS.

Not getting, were.  Those instructions are at least 14 years old.

That's a set that's been on the market a long time!  That's great.  That just goes to show how loved Steck is and medieval sets that are not just war oriented.

That's got to be a contender for the longest running production set!!!

Today I decided to organise and sort some of the pieces so I could put more stuff together.

Since it has been all pulled apart there is not way to really tell exactly which pieces are part of which set 100 percent.  That is if they ever were.

So, I started to bag up like part pieces of good ol' Steck.

I got to the bottom of one tub and what do I find:

Well the finding of another "Door for window in gable end" shows that there is a Blacksmith 3442 and a Barn 3443.  There's the proper number of double wall pieces, no windows and other pieces to conclude that.

So, that means there are ALL the old Steck structures present, 3440 to 3450 and 3455.

Now look at the picture ...

What kind of condition is that part in?!  :o :'(

So, I looked in the bottom of the tub.  Very carefully.  Just in case.

And what did I find:

So, out comes the ABS glue.  Pieces are matched up.

A drop of glue on each surface and voila!

This glue welds the pieces together.  You have to be careful or you can glue yourself to the plastic.
