Amaing collection, George! - So much track!

Playmobil took a lot of LGB track sets/transformers etc and either packaged them as their own, or labelled them as Playmobil

No, they had permission as they worked together to produce the train sets. I am sure it will be explained in the new train FAQ :)

... and here is a picture of the 4052 next to the 4051 and all the passenger wagons, the 4052 can easily pull all the 4 wagons and it rteally really fast . i need to do a bit more levelling at a certain couple of areas to improve the handling of the trains, there have been a couple of derailings already !!!    ... in a few minutes i will be posting a video on youtube taken with a camera on board the 4051 , 4052 to foillow tomorrow .

hey, can you pm me your address and what times you'll be away from home unguarded?  Oh, and if you have a security alarm, I'd appreciate it if you pmed me the passcode as well.  Oh, and make sure your bed is comfy, and make sure your porridge isn't too hot, or too cold, but just right.  And leave a little bit of cinnamon in it for me.  Thanks :)

I would like to have the adress also, but not for taking away the train and tracks, only for some weeks of holiday.
Greek mountains are looking fine. Any restaurants and/or supermarkets near by??

Where´s the next airport?

;-)

To get to this garden you have to go through 3 gates , cameras , movement detection lights etc etc, there is a rather elaborate security /alarm set up in this house !!!!   ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I have posted three videos of the lots, its all being dismantled and stored in the mountain house ( Called Playmoden Number 3 now ) as it makes no sense to keep them else where. Now, the hard part will be to resist to buy another 20-30metres of track ( rather fancy these LGB 1200mm tracks , they make it all so easier and faster ) and set a more complicated train set up with a 4300 station, water tank and more trains . There will be more pictures and videos very soon , before the rains and snow comes ( it always snows there every year )

I really really love the playmobil trains and all LGB stuff is superb quality . A truly great collaboration probably the best playmobil has ever done with a 3rd party. shame really all these are not available anymore, shame really. These RC trains are soo inferior but i can understand their marketing appeal, i wont buy any of them though. watch this space , soon there will be a much bigger set up with more , more trains !!!!

Hi George,

you should use more flat stones to underlay the tracks on the earth, otherwise the plastic noses which are fixing the rail to the trach can be damage due to the weight.

PS:  Nice layout!

Thanks Scluss fo rthe advice, my next set up will most certainly take this advice into account and I will try and create something better !!!!  :)
