I got my copy this morning and just now I finished giving it a quick look. It is a lovely book. Photographs are excellent and it seems VERY interesting. More details will be posted when I start reading it next weekend.
I just wanted to point two things that got my attention at once.
1) according to the book, in the original pattent presented, the legs WERE designed to move SEPARATELY. This was discussed in a thread by Cachalote a few months ago, and we could see a copy of the original plans there. Sorry I can't find it. But indeed the original design was for them to be independent legs.
2) Our very own playmofriend Daniela is in the book, what a surprise, a couple of pictures, an interview and all! At the time (2006) she was building a huge Opera House which I beg her to post here
Congratz Daniela!!!!
That's all so far. I will post more as I read it....
