I thought, hey, is that meant to be the Union Jack/Flag? Because it is missing a red line

Then I looked on Wikipedia:

Spot on Damo!! Its amazing how much accuracy playmobil can depict in their sets whay they want to!!

and it's also amazing how can they be at the same time (on other sets) so very little acurate. 
it's a little bit like dr. jekill and mr. hide. 
playmobil has (at lest) 2 opposite "faces".

Playmobil often gets things quite right while at other times getting things quite wrong.  It's strange, to say the least.
