Thanks for the comments.
The current structure includes:
Not Quite Animals
   Bones and Skeletons
   Eggs
   Feathers (just a list)
   Skins
   Objects

Accessories for Animals includes sections for various types - Birds, beaver, cats, camel, chimpanzee, dog, donkey, dragon, elephant, horse, oxen, ponies, rabbits, reindeer, seals, guinea pigs, molehill, pig bow.
It also has theme sections: Fences, fishing (Poles and lures), food and water, hay and straw, transport
Thats it for the current structure.

Just found an additional item for your "Note quite animals" section:

The swimming belt (30 66 0730) with the duck head from the swimming pool set (3205).
