I would like to have as many die rolls in by Sunday the 19th as possible. We are going to have the first photo session the 20th. I would be surprised if we have all of the mailed contestants here by then, so we will have to delay the opening ceremonies photos until closer to the event. So ideally I would like to start the match photos for the first rounds the 20th. Everyone who has their rolls in by then I will put into their placement in the first rounds and then do photos of the matches I can.

In this case i will skip taking picvs of my knights leaving krull and sent immediately once they arrive  so that no delays incurre becuase of Krulls contesntants, I will sent with express delivery so they will arrive within 48 hours , i epxect to have these knight from arnaud early this week , so they should be there by end of this week, next Monday the latest !!! Please my apologies for not posting their departure from krull but as my playmoden is quite a few miles away will be kinda difficult to do this and also meet the deadlines .  :wave:

George - there is no super rush on the klickies. We will have plenty of photos to take on the 20th. It is going to make the most sense to do the opening ceremonies in early July as a second photo session at the big diorama. There will be many photos taken in between on a smaller diorama as well.

What I am concerned about is getting the die rolls. That way I can get the contestants assigned to their places in the preliminary rounds. Once I have that there will be more than enough to do.
