I do not quite understand "why not" to what?

 I do have one opened and one still in the Merry Mens box sealed that I need to open, just as soon as I find it either in the pile in the barn or an old car.

When and if it gets to the US if it is under $10 I will get somewhere around 20ish and a lot of extra taps from DS  for when all the used ones that get sold years later. I am sure that will be the missing part that drive me to smoke, more
