Has this been posted before? it's awesome! - I've no idea where it came from but it's on youtube!

I can't see them here but I'll check tonight home.

I have seen some videos posted here, can't say now if they are the same or not. Anyway...it is always great to see how our dear friends are made!  :love:

I've always wanted to see ANY toy manufacturing process behind-the-scenes, so now I'm doubly happy to see one AND it happens to be Playmobil!  (now if only I could see one by Takara/Hasbro, manufacturers of Transformers and Star Wars toys).

Bill, you must be delighted to see your fire fighters and equipment in the process.

I wish I could see the pirate ships being made in process, though I truly appreciate the Pirates of the Caribbean soundtrack in the videos, (kinda odd, lol, but cool!)  :)

also interesting that they do breakage tests, stress tests on the plastic, sun tests, heat tests...no wonder Playmobil is nearly indestructable!  Being a collector of other toys, I highly doubt other toy companies conduct quality control tests like that, aside from child safety tests.  Awesome!

it is very nice to see this i've seen other such videos though ..... can you visit the factory and see these live?
