Does anybody know what this kind of bag is about?

I was told it is from an Amsterdam shop and you can get any of the clickies in the printing. So is this the first attempt for the surprise bags???

That's indeed a Promo-pack by EMTÉ Supermarket in the netherlands. They gave one marker per every 10 Euro buying (from May 1st 2010), with 3 markers you got one of these packs. It is a figure in and an entance Card for Playmobil Planet.
