Hmmm strange, I thought this klicky 30 13 0920 - Ringmaster, large mustache, red and black suit was used for your first question Luis but I now see he has these gold flowers at the sides of his jacket...

the second comes from this pirate 30 13 0940 - Pirate Captain with military uniform and the ribbon from the general's hat 3034 - General

with a gom , no scratch but it's not precise , this one was made with a cutter before i find this tip .
