Do you mean a black baby to be bought seperately? Because there is one, in the Colorado Springs train station (3770).

Yes, that's the only black baby ever produced, and it's hard to find one without having to buy the whole station, which goes for $200-300 if it's complete. :-\ Of course, I do want the station anyway, so eventually I'll spring for it, I guess. Meanwhile, I wish I could buy a $3 special or add-on with a black mother and baby.
