There is a kite, from an old set, but I'd love to see more. I don't really like the smiley-face kite. The marquis is an awesome idea!
Your zoo could have face painting sessions there, or animal handling sessions  :)

Yes, that would be great! I seem to be drowning in bikes, Alison, and I have no use for them at all, as they aren't allowed in the zoo. PM me your address and I'll send you a few!

Laziness just kicked in!! Apart from the animals (which I am not too lazy to search for because it's unlikely their Playmobil names will differ from their actual names, but as for other items, can you please tell me which ones because I often can't find things on PlaymoDB because they aren't called what I think they should be called  (although I know there are tennis racquets available too, and bikes from DS but I want to see lots of bikes available as a DS item although I am sure there used to be a bag of bikes). Then I can start a frenzied search and an equally frenzied spending spree

Oh come on, 3/4 of the fun is searching. I have found so many items that are "must haves" by trying to track down an obscure item. There is nothing like searching for hours through Heathers thousands & thousands of pictures  ;D Even after collecting for years now I still come across items I did not know about (or its early senile dementia :P)
If you hear the sound of the bell which will tell you that Grigori has been killed, if it was your relations who have wrought my death, then no one in the family will remain alive. They will be killed by the Russian people. :prays:

Oh but if you have a large area filled with them outside of your Zoo, say near the parking lot, it would be like a lot of city dwellers chose green modes of transportation  ;)

 I've thought about having a parking lot for my zoo, but it's bigger as it is than I can even set up in any room of my house now, so there's no chance of having room for a parking lot!

As for a British pub being inappropriate, it may be seen so from abroad but in Britain most children are acquainted with the inside of a pub - most pubs serve food and many pubs have a family room and/or a garden. Pubs are very often a better choice for a family meal out than a traditional restaurant.  Obviously there are laws governing when children are allowed in, and where they are allowed to be (they are not allowed up at the bar) and above that it's at the landlord's discretion anyway.  So, the Playmopub would have to have a garden and a climbing frame to be truly authentic  ;)

there was a pub with a nice garden I used to visit on sunny days when studying in Canterbury... I miss that place...

And Ras is right!!! It so much fun to search for the piece/item you so desperately need  ;D

Well I say "its time for a bigger house"  or "get rid of the furniture" you will be playing on the floor anyways  ;D

How about a picture or two---dozen  :lens:

Believe me, when I do finally clear all the urniture out of the living room, set up at least four six-foot tables, and lay out the entire zoo, I will take hundreds of pictures, and probably some videos! And I might try to make some photostories while it's up, too.

Do you realise how hard I have to try NOT to search for hours through Heather's thousands & thousands of pictures.  If I had a wife like me, I'd probably just get on with the searching.  Or if I didn't need my six hours' sleep, I'd forgo it in favour of making the mother of all wants lists/spares lists/dream lists

Thank you. I'll PM you in a few days because there must be something I have kicking about that you may need in return, or I may be able to do you a favour in some other way (ie get something here that you can't get there).
