You email them back and tell them you're not paying for return shipping.  On top of that, because it is their fault, they are going to have have a courier come to your house to pick it up as you're not wasting your time and money to take it to the post office.



So you got a Playmobil castle box with a car starter inside of it?!

So they finally agreed to pay for the shipping.  So, I've sent the box back and I'm done.  What a pain!  If anyone has an extra castle they want to get rid of, let me know.  I've lost every auction I've found.  Starting to get rather frustrated.

So sorry you went through so much frustration. Keep hanging in there, and you will get your castle eventually. When you finally do, you will realize how worth the wait it was. I have been waiting years for some things....

Yes, be patient, don't get in a hurry. Eventually one day you'll see a fantastic Buy it Now price and snatch it up! I can't tell you how many times I have overpaid for a set because I really wanted it, and since seen so many better deals and regretted not being more patient.

Try using e-snipe it works wonder with winning auctions and if you lose them it really is because your max bid was just to low!! It also makes you not need to be at the computer when the auction ends which is a blessing!

You were right!  I just grabbed a complete 3666 and a 3888 in one action!  Hooray!

So, this story just got a lot better, instead of the Sys-X castle you get the mighty 3666 I say you were lucky you didnt get your 3268 otherwise you might not have been looking for this one :-)

Yes, this is the castle I really wanted.  But it was just out of my range.  So, like any addict, I upped my range.

Really, I paid 150 for this auction.  Complete 3666 and 3888 together, so I think I got a deal.
