Nope, they're doing a refund, but making me pay to have the auto part shipped back.  That's not fair.  And, I was dying for a Playmobil Castle.  Now I can't even find one reasonable on ebay.  Bummed out.   :'(

They made the mistake, they have to pay for the cost to ship the item back... they have no castle left to send you back?

I would contest that. They should reimburse you for the entire transaction, & pay for the return shipping.
