Do they at least paint them with the traditional skool bus yellow  :P I guess a European scool bus would be a paint job away if they are.

i don't remember to have seen a yellow bus in france since i live in france ,(maybe they're some but ..) you know where this tradition comes from ?

Yellow is supposed to be a more attention getting color for safety reasons. Now in addition to being painted school bus yellow, there are strict safety rules requiring refective tape to be put on the rear & sides of school buses.

These look great.  It would be great if the School bus was R/C compatible.  A couple questions:

1) When can we expect these to become available?
2) Can someone explain the problem with the Chinese firetrucks?  Were they simply made with inferior plastic? Aside from an old boat, I don't have any Playmobil vehicles, so I have no point of comparison.
