Our collection
« on: April 11, 2011, 02:50:37 »
All right, Bonniebeth asked for it so here it is....Very boring compared to many of your collections. These are for my daughters; I don't collect for myself. Sorry about the size of the pictures; not sure how to downsize them.

These are for my 10 month old; she'll get them for Christmas and future birthday.

These are my oldest's (she is 6). She hardly plays with the pirate sets even though she asked for them many, many times! ::)

I so wish we had the Victorian 5300; I like the layout and color much better. I am in the process of cleaning her playroom so that we can set the house on the train table and not move it around all the time...

That castle is such a disappointment, especially for my daughter. We got it off Craigslist but it is not complete. There are so many missing pieces that it is not worth trying to find them. I am just going to sell the parts on ebay and hopefully find a complete castle, possibly brand new.

All these are future gifts for Christmas/ Birthdays/ Special occasions. I am thinking of getting rid of the pirate stuff since the Ghost sets were a flop...

On top  of that I have a bunch of add ons.

Most of what is here I acquired in the past few months!

Anyways, thanks for looking! ;)

Thanks for the pics! Always great to see everyone's collection! You have some really great sets there that I'd love to get my hands on, like that 1-2-3 circus puzzle. I never have gotten any 1-2-3 stuff, but for some reason, I really love those puzzles, i think they're so neat. I almost bought one the other day from RRS. Love the dollhouse, love the fairy tale castle :inlove: and pirates. Thank you for showing us! I would have loved to have that much playmobil when I was a kid. Your daughters are very fortunate!

In the end, we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. We will understand only what we are taught.

A nice, varied collection.  Your children are very lucky.

I got that puzzle on RRS just because it was on sale ( only $8) otherwise I never would have purchased it. Now that I have it and see how cute it is I would not mind getting the other 2 puzzles: farm and wild animal. Boy am I gonna miss RRS.

I too would have loved that much Playmobil as a kid! One thing I noticed is that toys are so expensive in France; always shocks me when I visit home! You can always get great deals in the US; there are often sales.

If you hear the sound of the bell which will tell you that Grigori has been killed, if it was your relations who have wrought my death, then no one in the family will remain alive. They will be killed by the Russian people. :prays:

You have nothing to feel ashamed about! The collection you have attained to such a short time is fantastic, & I'm sure your daughters will enjoy it immensely! Thank you for sharing the pictures of it, & I'm sure bb will be calling RRS shortly, due to your review of the puzzle! ;)
Forget about all of the other stuff,....all we need is the reintroduction of the 3526 Fire Engine!
