It just looks very similar in shape/size to the foundation pieces to Steck buildings :-\

It seemed vaguely familiar somehow but a search on playmoDB under floor and base didn't turn anything up.

I think I'll go for that

They are Playmobil station platforms, I have some on my exhibition layout.
