Besides collecting MISB sets I also collect vintage catalogs and ads. Here a small sample from some great ads and price contests  :)

Yes I think so. By the way I have hundreds of ads, but I don't have the time to list more at this moment.

Nice ads,

Without looking at the collector the only part I can see that is new to me is the end roof section on the house on the left.

I can't think what set that part has come from with the scrolled ends and twin arched window.

That part existed, it was part of the bakery and the blacksmith's shop. Usually on the side that's not on the front of the box though.

yeah that's the only house I have (the pottery) and I have that part. is the back of teh house in back.

so no one knows what the prototype is?   :hmm:       :P
