I was in love with the countess from the very beginning. She is really wonderful!

But I must say, your Grandma is...  :love:
What a beautiful and charming lady!

You did avery good job researching the Victorian fashion. I did it, too, because of Karims Garden Party. But I decided to let my lady wear a special dress with a background story.

It´s nearly ready now. So wait and see!  ;)

That's a beautiful custom, Gaston, and your great-grandmother is lovely too! :love:  The picture of the silhouettes is quite fascinating too! :)

Alina was my mom's grandma  :). That picture must be from 1908 or earlier and I think she was 16 in the picture!!! How things change! she looks 40! I would have to check all this with my mom.

 It is one of my favorite antiques!

great customs !! i like them all !! the brown in the middle is my favorite , great style !! the blue one is really near your model !! i have just one critical , i will prefer this model without the glass who seem more after 1900

i miss something : you use what paste ? magic sculpt ? milliput ?

@jeremy, I use a home made paste that I buy at a local Hobby Store. They owner make it himself. He is a master of Plastic Kits scale modeling!  :)
