I think he means on the outer walls, at the top, the areas, where they can stand, how those flooring pieces have gaps between them. Looks like the klickys could trip if they aren't careful.

Well i did those on purpose too, something like a skyline or a ladder to get on top...

No, I don't think you understand where I mean. I don't mean on the front wall where there's a big space. I was referring to the exposed steck tops in between the flooring pieces on the rest of the wall. That's what I thought Gis meant, but I could be wrong.

Yeap I see what you all mean! I'd certainly like to have lots of them to place on these ''pointing out'' edges...I sure hope we can get them from DS!

That is a superb castle Panos,   :inlove:  :wow:
I suppose to fill the gaps between the square floors, you could always cut up the longer floor connectors
http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showpart.pl?partnum=30-02-8500
but then you would need to have a lot of those spare to fill all the gaps!

...another solution would be to take the smaller connectors ( gamma shaped ones ) and use two of them . it works well !!!  ;)

Hi Wolf Knight,

Very impressive citadel, and the step-by-step (or should that be floor-by-floor) pictures are really great.

At the risk of being a nit-picking little so-and-so, can I ask how the garrison of the citadel get from one floor to the next? There are two large doors on the ground floor, but how do folks get from the ground floor up to the next floor?

I think I saw that you left a couple of gaps in the flooring at one level to allow ladders, but I'm not sure.

Anyway, great pictures and design. Makes me wonder about trying to build a similar sort of keep or great tower...

Cheers,

AndrewL
