A lone rider is seen crossing the southern fields, he moves fast to the east. After some hard days he finally reaches Jade and identifies himself as a royal messenger of Belathre. He rides to the royal castle and makes his request of the sentries there.

"I am sent here by King Leopold. News of the unrest in the east was slow to reach his ears but as Ceragem is involved he would like some first hand information. Would you be able to arrange a meeting with a member of the War Council?"

''It will be an honor dear Sir! My court is open to your War Council official! He (or she  ;) ) can travel to Ceragem at any time. I can send two knights back with you to accompany him/her. Unless its in your kind King's convinience for me to visit him.''

... Krull is waiting for the Empire to give them the free pass to invade Ithaca ( its taking some time  :lol: :lol:) and also an answer from the Empire ( which surprisingly havent retaliated at ALL !!!! to the combined invasion of its lands by Ithaca , rutileo and eaglesland ) and King Iseroth wonders if the Empire will assist in an invasion to its enemy who was at its lands not long ago !!!!!

Krull is mobilising ALL  of its armies inclusing its SECRET ARMY   and also preparing its massive fleet capable of transporting hundreds of soldiers at one trip , ready to attack Ithaca from the south while the main army invades from the North. The Empire needs to support Krull as requested to allow this invasion to take place.

King Iseroth sends imprisoned messengers to Ithaca with a declaration of WAR!!! against King Talos and Ithaca and also messengers to Ceragen and Eaglesland to keep their noses away and mind their own business unless they want to face Krulls armies also.... . King Iseroth is asking  the Empire to help him invade Ithaca and also support him in his battle against the Invaders of the Empire , surely something the Empire will answer to !!!

' The Kingdom of Krull will not rest until the Yellow Dragons are wiped off the map !!!!! The time of peace ( if there was one ) is gone and the time for battle has already begun !!!'

I only request a meeting with your War Council and I would listen to their take on the situation further east.

The Empire has finally sent back it's reply,
and as the messenger hands Iseroth the letter written by the Emperor, he backs out of the room.
The letter reads:

King of Krull, Prince of the Northern Lands,
It is with humility that the Empire must write this letter.
After much discussing the Empire has decided it has not the resources, nor the men to continue on in this war.
It's lands are secure, and its people for the first time in years are content.
Not only that, but the Kingdoms' invasion sent shock-waves through the moral of our troops.
They cannot continue on either.

So, we wish you well, and will send supplies to your troops,
but will not commit any of our own.

Because of the empire's offer to commit supplies to aid you,
you can now have your armies travel farther, faster while on your Ithaca campaign.

(I didn't want to presume a messenger would get an audience with the king directly, and now at least I have the person in charge of the army, instead of going through the King first)

As the messenger is presented to Sir (?) Dujek, he bows then clasps Dujek's hand and unseen for the others in the room, puts the Belathre Royal Seal in his hand. "A private word please my lord." the messenger whispers.
