At least Chris collects, too, so I don't have to argue with him over buying playmobil! We just argue over which sets to get.  :P

I try not to think about it. If I do, I'll never get that 4820, or the 4821.

How many of each one are you going to get? 8 or 10? ;D
Forget about all of the other stuff,....all we need is the reintroduction of the 3526 Fire Engine!

No way! I live in a small town, so my FD will be small ;).
One of each will be more then enough - I really don't have the "empire building" mentality when it comes to my hobbies.

I often use Bill's collection in my defence!

This morning I showed one of Bill's pics to my wife ("Wanna see somebody who has a LOT of PM?"). I don't have any firemen yet but I'm a firm believer that you should always plan ahead when dealing with your wife. The first thing she asked was if he's married.

I don't know if Bill is married, but my wife now thinks that he has a wife and children and that his wife is enthusiastic about his collection. I was going to say very enthusiastic and supportive but I thought better and decided to not push it.
Cheers!

He is married. Don't know about the enthusiastic and supportive part, but hey, go ahead and let her think that!

My wife is very entusiastic and supportive of my Playmobil Hobby and collection and was quite shocked when she saw my collection  ( or shall i say part of it)  the first time she saw it . She only gets annoyed when finding klickies in her car, shoes, bags , high heals, kitchen ( pots, mugs, freezer etc etc ), coats and clothes, under the pillow etc , an annoying thingie I always do and will continue to do so ...
