The "For Dummies" version  :P

go to the photos section
click upload file at the top
right click and copy the image you want to use
right click and paste the image location into one of the URL upload spaces
hit continue (i think it will say upload complete and you hit continue again)
select the hottest playmo hunk album from the dropdown menu
name your picture, being sure to include your name
enter a description if you like
hit..... continue or save, I don't remember which it says, and you're done!


Or you can PM me with a link of the photo you would like to add, and I'll add it in your name.
