This is fantastic, thank you for sharing your beautiful work.  Your son is very lucky -- the landscape and especially the tunnels look like they'll add a lot to the already considerable play value, once he's old enough to play with it.

Just a random question, if my black knights army was sieging your castle what would prevent us from simply climbing up the mountain behind your castle and having longbowmen and crossbowmen shoot continuous volleys of arrows and bombard with fire from above?  ;D

Ver gUDE!!!!!

It reminds me of the kingdom of Gandor from Lord of the Rings because it is also built into the side of a mountain like that!  Ich liebe!

My one question: where does the jaw bridge open up to?  Is there going to be a mote?  Or a corresponding hillside?
Ahoy, Pirates, Hoist the Colours!

BlackKnight: on the side of the hill most knights who tried that were smashed by this gigantic iron monster on rails that attacks every 2 minutes :0

on the other side of the hill is  the undiscovered "dragonland" nobody ever came back who went there. rumors say there lives a 8 month old giant dragon who eats , smashes , destroyes everything that comes in his hands.

BlackPearl: good question. i really came in trouble when i build the first underconstruction of the castle and the bridge endet so high i would have need 3 extra meters just to get a way back to the floor. there will be another small "bridge-to the floor-diorama" . i have some ideas for that but not 100% sure. my first impuls was to get another castle...but no...that would be too much
