I even based the name of my band (and a lot of our songs, and the title of our debut EP etc) on those books, so I just couldn't resist.  :lol:

A pic of the dragons/wyverns currently on the top shelf of my computer desk (just ignore the meerkats, they crawl in everywhere, they're almost worse than squirrels  :o):

Meerkats are related to mongooses, mongooses eat snakes, snakes are serpents, serpents = dragons, so dragons are a bit wary around these critters...  ;D (I'm sorry for my disturbed logic, but I couldn't resist answering that. ;))
