Look forward to the second part , i wonder will you make a bok out of this with large pictures and text in probably mediaval letter type ? I think that would look awesome especially if printed on heavy paper etc . !!!!

I have been meaning to get caught up on this story for awhile, but it kept getting bigger and bigger.  Today I finally read the whole story from beginning to end and I must say it is freakin' awesome!!!   
The story was very riveting and kept me wanting to know what happened next the whole time.  The photos were really great too!  So much detail and little things going on in the background.  King Juron's castle was an amazing set.   :o  And alot of other cool locations as well.  The klickies themselves are really nice, especially the customized ones.  I really enjoyed the traveling actor troop with the bear.  I am very stoked now for part 2.  What happened to wolfman? 
Congrats on an epic story Vauban- this is one of the best photostories I have had the pleasure to read.  :wave:

@WOT: Many Thanks for your nice comments. I think you will have to tell your kids in the future a lot about Mittland  ;)

@Wolf Knight: you mustn't wait any longer. The second part is beginning...

@Giorginetto: I dream about this book. But at first I thought the story must have a end before making a book, then after the third part I thought, I have a new idea and meanwhile there are much more than 2,000 pictures taken and I think: it would be too expensive (I spend to much money on Playmobil).

@ el jefe: Many thanks for these nice words. You will read about Arn's future in a few chapters.

Vauban, your story is indeed that of legend.

And it is not just the story but the photography is great too. It must have cost you so much time to set everything take the perfect picture and then photoshop it into perfection.

I am wondering though...do you first write the story and then take the pictures or do you first have a sort of story arc in mind shoot the pictures and then start putting the words on paper? Or (most unlikely) do you first take the pictures and then come up with the story?
