I mean a proper forest set, with a meandering path, different types of trees, all on a large base  ;D

I see the ice is already ready for the Titanic  8-)

Thanks all for the great contribution. I focus is more micro  I am now eating a slice of pizza....and just searched on playmodb.org and realized there is no pizza in the playmobil world.....!!! I guess they will not introduce pizza in the playmoworld unless kilckies' arms could  bend, otherwise the only way is feeding each other with straight arms :-[

Come to think of it there is somewhat a lack of food altogether. They have trays of sweet rolls and whole chickens, and crates of veggies, but they don't have much in the way of prepared dishes, or plates with individual servings of food, or food for vendors to sell. They have ice cream and hot dogs with no bun, but I think more detail in this area might make certain themes more realistic. I make food by hand when I need it, but I'm a purist really, and would love to have actual playmobil items instead.

I think it is good to introduce more variety in Chef's expertise. But they really should produce food that are easy to be identified in playmobil size, relying on the shape, the roasted chicken and ham are good examples. Otherwise, they might resort to printing the ingredient and eroding the fun of playmobil. :P :P
So the pizza, might be in brown plus red, to represent the crust and pepperoni.  ;D

well, I was thinking chicken leg, steak, hamburger with bun, things kids all over the world can identify. Also i think vendors should have soft pretzels and cotton candy. I should post a pic of foods I've made as stand-ins.

On top of my wishlist, of course, some missing animals:

Bats (Whats the problem about that? They released the fourth generation of castles last year, there was a goldmine in the western theme, the jungle theme and even a dracula-special but not one small, single bat. I think there is a bat-hater at the development department...)

Lamas (I hope there'll be one when they relaunch the circus theme...)

...a walrus, otters, piranhas, lynx, snow leopard, polar fox and an anteater. I think that would complete the "premier league" of animals that are more or less popular to most people.

There were some really nice ideas in this thread, especially that cloud-baseplates would be something completely new but it might be too abstract for the people at geobra. The amusement-park is sure one of the top wishes from adult playmofans but there was an statement from geobra last year that they'll not realise it because the sets would be far too expensive and the play-value for the target group would be to small. Maybe this could be a target for the collectors-club one day...Lego shows with this giant star-wars-sets that there is a market for such things.

Some other things i would like to see: ice-age theme, a beekeeper-special, an anthill for the forest theme, a paraglider, a hang-glider, a hot air balloon and an airship (zeppelin) *dreaming*

HI

We just drove through SF and when I saw all the double decker buses I thought "Now there is something Playmobil could make" The ones in SF were modern ones but the old classic one would be much better . It could either have a top that was removable or just a convertible would be fine.

Great idea Ras :high5:! It wouldn't be difficult at all for them to do! But, we'll just have to add it to the long list of wants for years to come!
Forget about all of the other stuff,....all we need is the reintroduction of the 3526 Fire Engine!
