Custom sno cats shown in their environment.
« on: December 26, 2010, 21:02:02 »
The presentation of two custom sno cats that I have had completed for awhile now, but didn't show until the time was right ;)! I hope you like these customs!

A front view picture of the ski slope grooming custom sno cat.

A right side view of the sno cat.

Close up view of the cab with personnel.

A picture of this vehicle actually working in real snow!

The rear smoothing drum as it actually turns to pack the snow for skiing.

The front scraping blade shown as it moves a mound of real snow.

Front view of a sno cat designed for extreme condition assignments.

Right side view of the extreme service snow cat.

Rear view of the extreme service sno cat platform.

I hope you like the pictures of these custom vehicles.

Great work Bill  :)9 !! Is the damster included in the original set or is it your addition? And is the rear smoothing drum from a farm tractor set?

Now I'll know of who to call in case I stuck in the snow  ;)

---edit---

Question answered: I just saw 3696 - Snowcat and 3695 - Snowplow in playmodb!

Thank you for the positive review Panos! To answer your questions about the snow slope grooming sno cat, the front plow blade & rear smoothing drum comes with the sno cat set 3696 that I received in very poor condition. The original blue cab was broken, severely faded, & brittle. It was replaced with a newer style red cab. The white parts were bleached in H2O2 to return them to their original color.

Two great customs, Bill.  I especially like the ski slope one.  Nice, too, to see them in their real environment.
